Offer is subject to details stated herein and availability at participating hotels & resorts within the Hilton Portfolio.

For each paid night of stay, the room will have a property credit applied to specific incidental spend and cannot be applied to room rate, corresponding taxes, gratuity or resort fees (if applicable). For stays booked at the Waldorf Astoria, Conrad, or LXR the credit is 100 USD per night. For stays booked at DoubleTree, Hilton, Signia, Canopy, Curio, Motto, or Tapestry the credit is 50 USD per night. For stays booked at Embassy Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, or Tempo the credit is 25 USD per night.

Blackout dates may apply and vary by hotel. Incidental credit will be applied daily for incidentals charged from the time of arrival, up to and include the next day at the hotel’s local hotel departure time. This will reoccur daily until the time of checkout. The total hotel credits that can be awarded are unlimited and based upon completed night stays. Unused daily credit will be forfeited each day at the hotel’s local hotel departure time and will not be refunded or rolled forward. Incidental credit will be applied toward eligible hotel charges excluding room rate, corresponding taxes, fees, service charges or resort charges, gratuity and select activities as determined by property. Incidental credits are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, are void after each completed night of the stay and cannot be applied toward future stays. This offer may not be combined with other select promotions, offers or discounts and is not valid for groups (determined as 10+ rooms under the same reservation).

We reserve the right to cancel a reservation without notice if we become aware of or are notified of any fraudulent or illegal activity associated with the payment for this reservation. Extensions will require a new reservation for the additional date(s), subject to availability and prevailing rates, and this rate shall not apply. Offer is valid for stays at participating brands and is subject to availability. For each paid night of stay, registered guests will receive daily breakfast throughout stay period. Breakfast is valid at hotel-designated restaurants only and excludes in room dining services, alcoholic beverages and gratuity. Upon check-in, some hotels may issue and include breakfast certificates to be redeemed during breakfast services at designated restaurants. If issued, certificates are non-transferable and have no cash value. For lost or stolen certificates, guest must notify front desk to reissue replacement certificates. Hotels that do not issue certificates will advise guest of redemption process at time of check-in.

Only registered adults and children on the reservation will receive breakfast at Canopy, Curio, Graduate, Tapestry, Tempo & LXR hotels. At Hilton Garden Inn hotels, children age 12 or under may receive complimentary breakfast when accompanied by an adult diner. Children staying in the same room, age 5 or under, are eligible for complimentary breakfast benefits when accompanied by an adult diner at all remaining brands. Complimentary kids’ breakfast benefit is limited to a maximum of two (2) children per room. Hotels have no obligation to offer complimentary children breakfasts to guests not registered in a room booked on a qualifying breakfast inclusive rate and may also request age validation for children staying in same room. Select hotels may offer a dedicated children’s menu associated with children’s complimentary breakfast. Breakfast offerings will vary by brand and region.

Blackout dates, early departure fees, and deposit and cancellation restrictions may apply and vary by hotel. Unless otherwise stated, quoted rates are per room per night, based on single/double occupancy and do not include taxes, gratuities, incidental charges and resort fees (if applicable).
